Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or accessing CoreBookin (the “Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and all policies linked herein. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
These Terms apply to all users of the Platform, including business owners, staff members, and customers who book appointments.
2. Description of Service
CoreBookin is a scheduling and business-management platform for service businesses. It provides booking management, staff coordination, customer communication (email and optional SMS), and related administrative tools.
The base plan includes email notifications. SMS notifications are a paid add-on subject to additional entitlement and consent requirements described in the Purchase and Refund Terms and Membership and Entitlements pages.
3. Account Eligibility and Registration
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to register for a CoreBookin account. By registering, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
Business accounts are associated with a single business entity. One user holds the owner role and is responsible for all actions taken under that business account, including the conduct of staff members they invite.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulation.
- Send unsolicited communications, spam, or messages to recipients who have not consented.
- Attempt to circumvent access controls, entitlement gates, or security boundaries.
- Reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract data from the Platform without authorization.
- Impersonate another user, business, or entity.
- Use the Platform to store or transmit malicious code or disrupt service availability.
5. User Roles and Responsibilities
The Platform defines four roles: owner, staff, customer, and platform administrator (internal CoreBookin operators only). Each role has defined capabilities. For a full description of role permissions and entitlement rules, see the Membership and Entitlements page.
Business owners are solely responsible for ensuring their use of staff and customer communication features complies with applicable laws, including SMS consent and quiet-hours requirements.
6. Service Availability
CoreBookin aims for high availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We may perform scheduled or emergency maintenance at any time. We are not liable for losses arising from service interruptions.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, and software comprising the Platform are owned by or licensed to CoreBookin. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit written permission.
You retain ownership of the data you upload or create through the Platform (booking records, business settings, customer information). You grant CoreBookin a limited license to process and store this data to provide the service.
8. Account Termination
You may close your account at any time by contacting support. Upon closure, active entitlements are treated as canceled at the end of the current billing period in accordance with the Purchase and Refund Terms.
CoreBookin may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, without prior notice in cases of serious breach. Data retention following termination is governed by the Privacy Policy.
9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The Platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, CoreBookin's total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Platform is limited to the amounts you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of revised Terms constitutes acceptance.
