Managing business hours
Set weekly hours in bulk with day presets and multi-select updates.
Your business hours define when customers can book on your public page. You can now set the same hours across multiple days in one action instead of adding each day one-by-one.
Add hours in bulk
- Open Admin → Hours and click Add Hours.
- Select one or more days in the day picker.
- Use presets for faster setup: Mon-Fri, Weekends, or All days.
- Set open and close times, then submit once.
What happens if some hours already exist
If a selected day already has the same start and end time, CoreBookin skips that duplicate and adds only the missing days. After saving, you will see a result summary with how many days were added and how many were skipped.
Multiple ranges on the same day
You can still add more than one time range to a day (for example, 9:00-12:00 and 13:00-17:00) by running Add Hours again with a different time range.
How this affects booking and schedule
- Public booking only offers times inside your business hours.
- The booking page open/closed badge is computed from business-wide weekly hours.
- Service windows and staff availability can further narrow what customers can book.
