For business owners

Create your business, set up services and staff, and open bookings.

What you'll set up

CoreBookin is built around three things that work together: your services (what you offer), your staff (who delivers them), and your hours(when you're open). Once those are in place, customers can book through your booking page and you can manage everything from your dashboard.

Step 1 — Create your business

Sign up at /signup/business. You'll choose a business name, contact email, phone number, and timezone. Your timezone controls how booking times are displayed to you and your customers.

You don't need to enter a card. Every new business gets a 30-day free trial.

Step 2 — Set your business hours

Go to Hours in the admin nav. Set your weekly schedule — the days and time ranges when your business is open. Customers can only book inside these hours, so this is the foundation of your availability.

You can override individual services with their own narrower availability later (see Service windows).

Step 3 — Add your services

Open Services and add what you offer. Each service has a name, a duration, and a price. Duration is what determines how long a booking blocks the schedule, so be honest with yourself — if a haircut realistically takes 45 minutes including cleanup, set it to 45.

Step 4 — Add staff (optional)

If it's just you, you can skip this. Otherwise, head to Staffand either add a team member directly or send them an email invite. They'll get a link to set their own password.

You then choose which staff member can perform each service. Customers will see only the staff who can actually do the service they're booking. Read more in Adding staff.

Step 5 — Share your booking page

Your booking page lives at corebookin.com/your-business-slug. Add the link to your social profiles, email signature, or website. When customers book, you'll see the appointment land in your Schedule right away.

What happens after a booking

  • The customer gets a confirmation email automatically.
  • You can review and confirm new bookings from the dashboard.
  • Reminder emails go out before the appointment.
  • If you have SMS enabled, customers also get text reminders.
