Email notifications
What emails are sent, when, and to whom.
Email is the default channel for everything CoreBookin sends — confirmations, reminders, cancellations, and account events. It's on automatically; no setup is needed.
Emails sent to customers
- Booking confirmation — immediately after they book.
- Booking received — when manual confirmation is on, before you confirm.
- Booking confirmed — when you confirm a pending booking.
- Booking declined — when you decline a pending booking.
- Reminder — the day before the appointment.
- Cancellation — when either party cancels.
- Reschedule confirmation — when the time changes.
Emails sent to you and your staff
- New booking notification (configurable per channel).
- Booking changes — cancellations, reschedules, no-shows.
- Account events — invites, password changes, email verification.
- Optional daily digest of the next day's schedule.
Sender address
All transactional email sends from a CoreBookin address. Your business name appears as the sender label so customers see who it's from. Replies route to the contact email on your business profile — make sure it's monitored.
Deliverability
We send through a reputable email provider with proper authentication (SPF/DKIM). Most messages land in the inbox, but a small percentage end up in spam. If a customer reports they didn't get an email, ask them to check spam first.
See the delivery logs to confirm a specific message left our system.
Customising content
Email content isn't customisable per business today. We're tracking interest — if you have a specific change you'd like, email [email protected].
