Timesheets and clock in/out

How staff record their hours.

Timesheets are a simple report showing hours worked per staff member, derived from completed bookings. They're a starting point for payroll — they aren't connected to any payroll provider directly.

How hours are calculated

Each completedbooking contributes its scheduled duration to the assigned staff member's hours for that day. Pending, cancelled, no-show, and declined bookings don't count.

Hours come from the booking duration, not from a clock in/out. If a service actually takes longer or shorter than its scheduled duration, the timesheet won't reflect that — adjust the duration on the booking before marking it completed if you need accuracy.

Viewing timesheets

  1. Open Reports → Timesheets.
  2. Pick a date range — week, fortnight, or month are common.
  3. Filter by staff member if you want to see one person at a time.

Exporting

Use Export CSV to download the report. Open in your spreadsheet of choice or hand straight to your payroll process.

Who can see what

  • Owner — sees timesheets for everyone.
  • Staff — see only their own hours.
