Refunds

When refunds are available and how to request one.

This page covers refunds on your CoreBookin subscription. For refunds on customer bookings paid online, see Online payments and refund policy.

Subscriptions are billed in advance for the upcoming period. You can cancel at any time and keep access through the end of the period you've already paid for.

Cancelling your subscription

  1. Go to Admin → Billing.
  2. Click Manage subscription to open the Stripe Customer Portal.
  3. Choose Cancel plan.
  4. You'll keep full access until the end of the current period.

Refund policy

  • Monthly plans — non-refundable. Cancel and you keep access for the rest of the month.
  • Annual plans — pro-rata refund available within the first 30 days of the new annual term.
  • Add-ons — non-refundable; cancellation stops future renewals.
  • Duplicate or accidental charges — refunded in full. Contact us within 30 days.

Requesting a refund

Email [email protected] from the address on your CoreBookin account. Include the invoice ID (visible in the Stripe Customer Portal) and a brief reason. Approved refunds are issued back to the original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days.

Cancelling does not delete your account or data. To permanently remove your business, see Account → Account deletion.
