How the 30-day trial works and what happens at the end.
Every new business gets a 30-day free trial of the full base plan. No credit card is required to start the trial.
What's included
- Everything in the Base Plan — unlimited bookings, services, customers.
- 2 staff seats.
- Email notifications.
- Full access to the admin dashboard.
Add-ons (extra seats, SMS) require an active paid subscription and are not included in the trial.
Trial countdown
You'll see a banner in the dashboard counting down the days remaining. We'll email you reminders at 7, 3, and 1 day before the trial ends.
When the trial ends
- If you've subscribed, billing simply continues — no interruption.
- If you haven't subscribed, your account moves to a read-only state. Your data is preserved; you can subscribe at any time to restore full access.
- Customer-facing booking pages stop accepting new bookings until you subscribe.
