Billing & Subscriptions
Upgrading or changing your plan
Move to a paid plan or add SMS messaging.
You can upgrade from the trial, change billing intervals, or add and remove add-ons at any time from Admin → Billing.
Subscribing for the first time
- Go to Admin → Billing.
- Pick monthly or annual on the Base Plan and click Subscribe.
- You'll be redirected to Stripe Checkout to enter card details.
- After payment, you land back on the billing page with a confirmation banner.
Adding an add-on
Once subscribed, add-ons appear on the billing page. Click Addon any add-on to go through Stripe Checkout for that line item.
- Extra seats — pick the number you need, billed per seat.
- SMS notifications — gives you 500 credits each billing period.
Switching plans or intervals
To switch from monthly to annual, change seat quantities, or cancel an add-on, click Manage subscription on the billing page. This opens the Stripe Customer Portal in a new tab where you can make changes.
Upgrades are prorated — Stripe credits any unused portion of your current period toward the new charge.
