For customers
Find a business, book a service, and manage your bookings.
You're here because a business uses CoreBookin to take bookings. This page covers what to expect when you book, how to manage an existing appointment, and where to get help.
Booking an appointment
- Open the booking link the business shared with you.
- Pick a service. You'll see the duration and price up front.
- Choose a staff member if there's more than one option.
- Select a date and time from the available slots.
- Enter your name, email, and phone, then confirm.
You'll get a confirmation email immediately with your booking details and a link to manage it.
Do I need an account?
No. You can book as a guest. Your contact info is only used for this appointment and any reminder messages. If you'd like to see your booking history across businesses, sign up at /signup using the same email — past bookings will be linked automatically.
Reminders
You'll get reminders before your appointment:
- Email reminder, sent the day before.
- Text message reminder if the business has SMS enabled and your phone is verified.
To stop SMS reminders for a business, reply STOP. Reply START to opt back in. See STOP / HELP commands.
Cancelling or rescheduling
Every confirmation and reminder email has a Manage booking link. Use it to cancel. To reschedule, cancel the existing slot then book a new one from the same booking page. See Cancelling & rescheduling for details.
Privacy
The business you booked with sees your name, email, phone, and any notes you added. CoreBookin doesn't share your information with anyone else. To delete your account and your booking history, see Deleting your account.
I need help with my appointment
For anything specific to the appointment itself — running late, special requests, questions about pricing — contact the business directly. Their phone and email are on the confirmation message. For platform issues (the link is broken, the page won't load, etc.), email [email protected].
