Business profile
Update your business name, address, timezone, and booking page slug.
Your business profile is what customers see on your booking page and in confirmation emails. Keep it current — it's the first impression most customers get.
What's on the profile
- Business name — appears in the header of your booking page and in every email.
- Slug — the URL fragment (e.g.
corebookin.com/your-slug). - Short description — one or two sentences shown under your name.
- Address — optional; appears on the booking page if set.
- Contact email and phone — what customers use to reach you outside the app.
- Time zone — controls how times are displayed.
Editing the profile
- Open Settings → Business profile.
- Update fields and save.
- Changes go live immediately — no review or republish step.
Changing your slug
You can change your slug, but the old URL stops working immediately. Anyone who's saved your link or shared it on social media will get a 404. Update your profiles, signatures, and printed materials before changing.
A handful of slugs are reserved by the platform (e.g.
help, admin, account). The form will tell you if your choice is reserved.Time zone
Set this to where your business operates, not where you happen to live. All booking slots are displayed in this time zone for everyone — owners, staff, and customers. Changing it later doesn't shift existing bookings; they keep their original times.
