Payment methods

Update your card or manage billing through the customer portal.

All payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card number — Stripe handles everything to PCI standards.

Accepted payment methods

  • Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover.
  • Apple Pay and Google Pay (where supported by your browser).
  • Region-specific methods Stripe enables for your country.

Updating your card

  1. Go to Admin → Billing.
  2. Click Manage subscription to open the Stripe Customer Portal.
  3. Choose Payment methods and add or update your card.
  4. Set the new card as default if you want it used for the next charge.

Failed payments

If a charge fails, Stripe will retry several times over the following days. Your subscription enters a past duestate and you'll be dropped into a short grace period. Update your card before the grace period ends to avoid your account moving to read-only.

Invoices and receipts

Stripe emails a receipt for every successful charge. You can download all invoices as PDFs from the Billing history tab in the Stripe Customer Portal.
