Payment methods
Update your card or manage billing through the customer portal.
All payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card number — Stripe handles everything to PCI standards.
Accepted payment methods
- Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover.
- Apple Pay and Google Pay (where supported by your browser).
- Region-specific methods Stripe enables for your country.
Updating your card
- Go to Admin → Billing.
- Click Manage subscription to open the Stripe Customer Portal.
- Choose Payment methods and add or update your card.
- Set the new card as default if you want it used for the next charge.
Failed payments
If a charge fails, Stripe will retry several times over the following days. Your subscription enters a past duestate and you'll be dropped into a short grace period. Update your card before the grace period ends to avoid your account moving to read-only.
Invoices and receipts
Stripe emails a receipt for every successful charge. You can download all invoices as PDFs from the Billing history tab in the Stripe Customer Portal.
