Pricing and duration
How service price and length affect what customers see.
Pricing and duration shape how the service appears to customers and how it fits into your schedule.
Duration
- Specified in minutes; can be any value from 5 minutes upward.
- Determines the slot length on your booking page.
- Drives availability — back-to-back slots are blocked for the duration of the booking.
If you need a buffer between appointments, add it to the duration (e.g. 60 min service + 10 min cleanup = enter 70 min).
Pricing
- Enter a price in your default currency. It's shown on the booking page and in confirmation emails.
- Leave the price blank to display Price on request instead.
- By default, pricing is informational and customers pay you in person. To take card payment up front, see Online payments and refund policy.
Updating pricing or duration later
Changes apply to future bookings only. Existing bookings keep the price and duration that were in effect when they were created.
Need different pricing for different lengths? Create one service per length (e.g. Consultation – 30 min and Consultation – 60 min).
