Adding staff
Add a staff member directly or invite them by email.
Add a team member by inviting them by email. They click the link, set their own password, and land in the dashboard ready to use the parts of the app available to their role.
Send the invite
- Open Staff in the admin nav.
- Click Invite staff.
- Enter the person's name and email.
- Pick a role (usually Staff).
- Send. They'll get an email with a one-click link to accept.
Assign services
Once they accept, decide which services they can perform. Open the staff member's profile and tick the services they should appear under. Customers will only see them as an option for the services you assign.
Email already in use
Each email can only hold one role on the platform at a time. If an invite fails because the email already exists, the person likely has a customer or staff account elsewhere. Ask them to use a different email — or if they want to keep one, see changing your email.
Seat limits
Your plan includes a number of staff seats. If you're at the limit, the invite button shows a notice. See Staff seat limits for how seats count and how to add more.
