Resetting your password

Recover access if you forget your password.

Forgot your password

  1. Open /login.
  2. Click Forgot password?
  3. Enter your email and submit.
  4. Check your inbox for a reset link. It expires after 1 hour.
  5. Click the link, set a new password, then sign in.
The reset email always sends, even if the address isn't registered — this prevents leaking which emails have accounts. If you don't see one, check spam, then double-check the address you typed.

Changing your password while signed in

  1. Open Account → Security.
  2. Enter your current password, then a new one twice.
  3. Save. You stay signed in on this device; other sessions are signed out.

Password requirements

  • Minimum 8 characters.
  • Use a passphrase or a password manager — both are fine.
  • We block known-compromised passwords from public breach lists.

Reset link doesn't work

Reset links expire after 1 hour and only work once. If yours stopped working, request a new one. If clicking the link signs you out instead of letting you set a new password, your browser likely opened it in a different session — try copy-pasting it into the same browser where you started the reset.
